Dr. Mark Schieffer is an AI consultant, researcher, and educator specializing in AI geopolitics and strategic intelligence. His experience spans industry, consulting, academia, and applied AI leadership, including work across financial services, telecommunications, and government-related environments.

His research and teaching focus on AI geopolitics, national AI strategy, technology competition, and strategic intelligence. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs and Administration and certifications in AI law, policy, and governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and machine learning from Cornell University.
